PNG would be the best choice. JPEG, PDF etc is also ok. It should be in good resolution.
How long is the animation?
It varies. But an ideal length will be less than 10 seconds.
Why is my Credit/ Debit Card not being accepted?
It could be that your card don’t allow international transactions. Alternatively, you can pay with Paypal.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes. In the payment page, you’ll see a link for paying with Paypal.
When I purchase the video, will your name be on it?
No. The full HD video will not have any watermarks.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, but only 50%. If you not be happy with the video you purchased we will refund your money 50%. Ensure you should inform with in two days after purchase
